These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate your access to and use of Connect Service ("Platform"). Connect Service is a digital marketplace connecting independent Service Workers with end Customers, managed by TECHICEE PRIVATE LIMITED.
We provide a marketplace platform enabling you to book independent professionals. The Platform itself does not provide the cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services. We verify workers independently, but we are solely a technology medium acting as an intermediary.
By creating an account, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and are providing accurate, up-to-date information. You may be held legally liable for issuing fake booking parameters or misusing the platform.
All service prices are calculated via our Dynamic Pricing Engine. Prices are displayed upfront before booking. Upon booking, you are required to pay securely via our Payment Integrations. Workers cannot alter the agreed upon base pricing recorded in their dashboard.
Cancellations made prior to worker dispatch may be fully refunded minus transaction gateway fees. If a worker arrives and you cancel, a minimum visitation penalty charge will apply as established by the Platform Settings.
While the Platform requires verification backgrounds for independent Workers, the guarantee of work directly resides with the Worker. Issues must be raised to Support to coordinate worker reassignment or potential partial commission rebates.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
